1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to ensure your Ratipownie Watches products are delivered as efficiently as possible. The available shipping methods and delivery times are listed below:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days within the U.S.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days within the U.S.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, generally 7-15 business days, depending on customs processing and location.

Please note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the delivery location. You will see the total shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your order.

  • Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.):

    • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $100; otherwise, a flat rate of $5.99 will apply.
    • Expedited Shipping: $15.99
    • Express Shipping: $25.99
  • International Shipping (Outside the U.S.):

    • International Standard Shipping: $25.00 (rates vary by country)
    • International Express Shipping: $45.00 (rates vary by country)

Note: Additional taxes, customs fees, or duties may apply for international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email, followed by a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently offer shipping to the United States and select international locations. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you during the checkout process, and your order will not be processed.

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. International Shipping

For customers outside the United States, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspection and may experience delays due to customs processing.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential fees before placing an order.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, factors such as weather conditions, postal delays, or other unforeseen events may affect delivery timelines. Ratipownie Watches is not responsible for delays caused by these factors, including delays due to customs clearance.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdeliveries. Ratipownie Watches cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@ratipownie.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund as per our Refund and Return Policy.
