RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At RATIPOWNIE, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their luxury watch purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy under the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The watch must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition with all protective stickers intact.
  • All original packaging, tags, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • The watch must not have been resized, adjusted, or altered in any way.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or special-order watches that are not part of our regular inventory.
  • Watches that have been worn, scratched, or damaged after delivery.
  • Final sale and clearance items that are explicitly marked as non-returnable.
  • Engraved or personalized watches (including monograms, custom dials, or unique modifications).

3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@ratipownie.com or call (828) 683-3154 within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package the Item: Securely pack the watch in its original packaging with all included materials. Ensure the RA number is clearly mentioned.
  3. Shipping the Return:
    • Returns must be shipped via a reliable and insured courier service (such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL).
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
    • We are not liable for lost or damaged shipments during the return process.
  4. Inspection & Approval: Once received, our team will inspect the watch and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  5. Refund or Exchange Processing:
    • Approved returns will be refunded within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
    • Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the new item will be shipped once the return is approved.

4. Refund Details

  • Full Refund: Issued only if the returned item meets all conditions stated above.
  • Partial Refund or Store Credit: If any part of the return is missing or does not meet the return requirements, a partial refund or store credit may be offered.
  • Shipping & Handling Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect watch, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
  • Custom and special-order watches cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
